In the past, I’ve been fortunate enough to put on and be part of a number of shows in local venues, as well as ones a lot further afield such as Durham and Dover.
The one thing I try to do, other than put on a good show is to offer some variety. This has proved very popular and gives me the greatest pleasure of rehearsing and performing with some terrific talent. It started sometime ago when I was asked if I could share some performance advice to some youngsters who just loved to sing. It was such a pleasure to rehearse and eventually performing with them, it opened my eyes to what incredible talent there is in our community!
Two such young and very talented individuals are Tanisha and Abigail, who in the past have given us some terrific performance and I will do my utmost to make sure we see a lot more of them in the future.
'I have been lucky enough to perform with Tanisha a number of times. She has such a unique voice and has auditioned all over the country and is the front girl in the band 'Walking Sideways'. Wherever she sings the audiences love her.
Abigail is no stranger to the stage, she has performed in many shows for KD Theatre and has also shown her talent as a singer. Again I have been fortunate enough to perform alongside her at a number of Michael Antony shows.
Molly is our latest star, she has been training for some time in the art of opera singing and even gone through grades. This year she made her debut with us at the Soham Carnival stage with a wonderful performance to add even more variety to the show.
